- Kindly refer the following terms and conditions applied for the return policy. When you use our service, you directly give the acceptance of the policy we have decided.
- In the case, you have a complaint with our products you can send them back to use. The customers are free to return our products, if they are not satisfied with the quantity or quality of our products. We send the products that are exactly same as mentioned in the store. But still, if the customer is not satisfied, then you can request us for the replacement or exchange. If you want to go for the replacement, then you have to inform us within 2 hours from the exact time of the delivery. If a customer fails to send us a request of replacement, then we will not move on for the same process.
- After you place an request for the replacement, our QC department will do some research and come with the solution. If they found a valid reason for customer’s request, then only we will move further. There are also chances that the replacement requests get rejection.
- We will notify you if we believe that your replacement request is valid. But, for this you have to send us the product delivered to you at our head office. You have to pay for this delivery at our office. After that, we will deliver the replaced product to you with free of cost delivery.
- We source the fresh flowers and cakes from the local resources only and, bound to give home delivery service.
- All the cakes displayed in our store are eggless*. For the customized gifts, you have to place an order before 48 hours from the delivery date.
- Our services are strictly limited to the Ahmedabad region only.
- We may apply some minor changes in shape and designs considering the availability. There will not be any change in the quality and quantity of the products you have purchased.
- Make sure to place an order by or before 12 noon* IST for the same day delivery.
- Place an order before 24 hours, if you want any of our products delivered to be on fix time.
- It is compulsory give a correct and elaborated address, contact number of the recipient for our convenience.
- We are free to reschedule the delivery for the convenient date and time, in case of natural calamities, heavy rains, floods, disasters, national and regional strikes, or any other crisis, etc. The customers will not get the refund of order if:
- A recipient does not take the delivery or refuses to take the products
- We receive the incorrect/mistaken delivery address, wrong/mistaken phone number, no reply on mentioned contact number
- Product delivery at the gate or reception, or to the neighbour
