When you place an order from our site, you agree with the terms and conditions discussed here.

Make sure that you have entered a correct address and phone number. We will charge extra 100INR* for the changes made after placing an order. If the gifts are delivered to the wrong address or we fail to deliver, because you have submitted wrong or mistaken address, then you are only responsible for this.

We provide free shipping on all the products, excluding mid-night deliveries. Our courier partners knock the doors at the exact time you have mentioned. But, the protocols of gift delivery are different for same day delivery, fixed time delivery, and midnight delivery.

Same Day Delivery:

Same Day Delivery is only possible if you place an order before 12.00 noon IST. It is not possible for us to give the same day delivery for the order placed after 12.00 noon IST. We do not charge extra for same day delivery. We apply our all the efforts to gain the customer satisfaction. Delivery timing may vary because of some unavoidable situations, such as heavy traffic, vehicle breakdown, natural calamities, strikes, curfews, etc.

Fixed Time Delivery::

You do not have to pay extra for the fixed time delivery. We accomplish the orders for fixed time delivery, only if the order is placed before 24 hours from the actual delivery time. We are definitely here for your service and we try our best. But, still we cannot commit/guarantee for exact time. Some variation on time may be there for or in between plus/minus 30 minutes.

Midnight Delivery:

We offer the premier services to deliver the flowers, cakes and other gifts at midnight between 11 and 12 O’clock. For this service, your order must be placed before 1 day from the date of delivery. You have to pay extra Rs. 200 per gift product for the Midnight delivery.

If you place an order after 7.00 pm IST then we do not guarantee to accomplish that order on next day morning. We can deliver the items on the next day, afternoon time slot. The delivery timings may vary on the special days such as, Diwali, New Year, Rakshabandhan, Valentine’s Day, Friendship Day, etc. because of a great rush.
