Refund & Cancellation Policy
SendGifts Ahmedabad hopes for the best customer satisfaction. However, we fail to deliver the gifts as per your expectations. Then, customers are free to return the stuffs in an original condition only. They are supposed to give the valid reason for their order cancellation. If the store authorities will find relevant reasons, then we assure you for the refunds. Here is a brief discussion of our well-defined refund and cancellation policy. All the customers of SendGifts Ahmedabad agree with our policy.
If the order is not delivered on time, we take maximum 24 – 48 hours of time for the investigation. Time is calculated on the basis of your notification to us. We strive to provide delivery at the exact time. But, sometimes it happens that recipient is not there. In this case, we put a notice and deliver the order to the neighbour. If we do not find anyone at the address or surrounding, we reserve the rights of redelivery. In this case, we can take extra delivery charges.
If order is not delivered because of some unexpected problems faced by us, then we have the policy of refund. In this case, customers get sorry message and refunded money in their accounts.
If there is any complaint regarding the quality of stuff, like you get the stale cake and flowers, then notify us within 24 hours. We will refund the money after investigation. We are also free to replace the order with fresh gifts, if manageable. In this case, customers will not have to pay extra delivery charges.
If your order is placed for the same day delivery, then you cannot cancel the order. For the advance order of cakes and flowers, you must have to cancel the order at least before 10 working hours. Cancellation after delivery of cake will not at all be entertained.
Sendgifts Ahmedabad will give refunds to the customers, if order cancellation is done as per our policy. Only the transaction charges will be deducted in this case.
