In the case, you have a complaint with our products you can send them back to use. The customers are free to return our products, if they are not satisfied with the quantity or quality of our products. We send the products that are exactly same as mentioned in the store. But still, if the customer is not satisfied, then you can request us for the replacement or exchange. If you want to go for the replacement, then you have to inform us within 2 hours from the exact time of the delivery. If a customer fails to send us a request of replacement, then we will not move on for the same process.
After you place an request for the replacement, our QC department will do some research and come with the solution. If they found a valid reason for customer’s request, then only we will move further. There are also chances that the replacement requests get rejection.
We will notify you if we believe that your replacement request is valid. But, for this you have to send us the product delivered to you at our head office. You have to pay for this delivery at our office. After that, we will deliver the replaced product to you with free of cost delivery.
